Robert W. Ferrier (1876 – 27 July 1928) was a Scottish businessman, trade unionist, philanthropist and member of the Labour Party.
Ferrier was born in Glasgow, the son of a carpenter and joiner. He was educated at Cathcart Academy, and then worked as a clerk for Dundee Dock Labour Board and for the Post Office. He moved to London in 1904, and established a business there, working in the entertainment trade. He joined the Amalgamated Society of Engineers (ASE) in 1909, and in 1913 was appointed as the union's assistant general secretary, serving until his death.
During the First World War, Ferrier was a conscientious objector. He became prominent in the Labour Party, and served on its National Administrative Committee in 1916, and as its treasurer from 1921. In 1921, he was elected as the President of the Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers (USDAW). As president, he fought for higher pay for shop workers, and set up the British Cooperative League, representing the rights of shop workers, while also working as a reporter for the General Federation of Trade Unions. He was briefly a member of the Co-operative Party before the Co-operative Party was reconstituted as the Co-operative Party. He stood as the party's candidate for the 1929 election in the Labour seat of Glasgow Govan, but was not elected.
Ferrier died in 1928, aged 52. The British Labour Co-operative Federation paid tribute to him, describing him as having "pioneered the co-operative movement in Scotland", and as a man who "admired and respected the Co-operative way of life".
